BRC are currently looking for a **Multi Trade Operative,** to undertake **general maintenance** on **domestic properties**:
Main Responsibilities - day to day:
- Ensure all repairs are carried out in line with trade standards and in compliance with relevant health & safety legislation.
- To undertake day to day maintenance on our clients’ properties using a range of different skills from carpentry and plumbing to patchwork and decorative repairs.
- Responsible for customer care, ensuring all tenants problems and queries are dealt with efficiently.
- Attend and fully participate in training, 1-2-1 meetings with line manager, Team meeting/ toolbox talks and annual appraisals.
- Regularly contribute to monitoring and reporting on performance against external benchmarks, standards and performance indicators.

Job Requirements
- Relevant City & Guilds or NVQ
- Strong qualified working experience, or substantial unqualified experience carrying out similar types of work, with a bias to at least one relevant core trade (stated in The Role Overview)
- Awareness of Health and Safety legislation
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Ability to manage the risks associated with lone working
- Knowledge of relevant confidentiality and professional boundary standards
- Experience of working without daily supervision
- Ability to give high levels of service and adopt a right first-time approach
- Holder of valid Driving License
