- Manage Projects that support the business' people mission and strategy, taking the lead on some projects and supporting the Head of HR and HRBP on others
- Analyse and draw insights from HR data to inform HR priorities and solutions
- Ensure that the HR cyclical activities such as Annual Salary Reviews, End of Year Reviews, Mentoring nominations, Talent Review conversations are on track
- Support the review and creation of job descriptions and ensure they are promptly evaluated to move forward with recruitment or promotional activity
- Work with internal HR stakeholders to support activities on Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition initiatives and programmes
- Support Diversity and Equality initiatives to drive a more inclusive working environment
- Support the strategic activity for Early Careers initiatives and projects
- Partake in HR projects such as assisting in the building of technical competency frameworks
- Substantial experience in an HR Generalist/Projects role, preferably in a global environment
- Experience of project management; well organised with the capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Action orientated, taking ownership and driving to get things done
- Experience of operating in a fast paced, complex organisation
- Positive mindset, being solution driven and forward thinking
- Ability to understand and use HR Systems and ability to analyse and draw insights from HR data
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
