We're looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our busy Marketing Team, with the opportunity of hybrid working. You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM campaigns. As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will be immersed in a variety of tasks - there's never a dull moment You will spend time optimising digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, SEO, You Tube and paid social media including Facebook, Instagram andLinkedIn. You'll also support our website optimisation by using WordPress for page building and editing, problem solving, pop-up building and management, as well as optimising conversion rates. Other tasks include e-commerce support, liaising with externalagencies and conducting keyword research.

You will need to have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance, realising the impact it has on the success of the Company. You will also possess first class communication skills as a Digital Marketing Assistant, along with being a team player andproblem solver.

**Essential Skills**:

- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
- A good working knowledge and enthusiasm for using different digital marketing channels
- An understanding and interest with SEO and SEM best practices
- Familiarity with CMS and website management - WordPress experience would be preferable
- Content writing skills for SEO purposes including using tools to conduct keyword research
- First class written and verbal communication skills

**Desirable Skills**:

- Digital Marketing degree or similar qualification
- A working knowledge of the Google Ads platform would be a bonus
- Experience working with Google products (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business and Google Search Console) is desirable
