The Finance Manager will lead on the core accounting duties alongside the Finance Director and a small transactional team.A supportive and collaborative employer, that allows for flexible working hours and an element of remote working throughout the week.
**What will the role of the Finance Manager involve?**
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts;
- Supporting the annual audit preparation;
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts;
- Overseeing company Payroll function, pensions and expenses;
- Oversee a small team of 2, offering mentorship and support in areas of AR & AP where required;
- Working closely with the Directors to support finance and accounting strategy and optimise overall company financial performance.
- Part or fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant;
- Advanced IT skills including the use of Excel and comfortable with the use of various accounting systems;
- Interpersonally, a confident team player with ability to demonstrate experience in leadership/managerial accountability;
