**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent

**Location**: Attleborough, Norfolk

**Working Hours**:08.45 - 18.00 Monday - Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis

**Salary**:Performance Related Package, basic and commission, OTE £30,000 - £35,000 plus

**The Role - Estate Agent Negotiator/Valuer**:
A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join one of the area’s most successful estate agencies. Due to continued growth they are now looking for an experienced Estate Agent Negotiator/Valuer to join their team. They are looking for someone with at least 1-2 years estate agency experience and ideally with local knowledge of the Attleborough area.

**Responsibilities - Estate Agent Negotiator/Valuer**:

- To learn and attend market appraisal appointments, presenting the company to prospective new clients with the aim of winning and securing their instructions for Millbanks to act as their selling agent, whilst at the same time ensuring good fee levels areachieved, complying fully with all relevant legislation. To also identify properties to prospect, assist with company marketing and brand awareness whilst also following up existing leads and self-generating appointment leads together with always ensuringhigh levels of customer service are met.
- Learn how to film property videos, taking property photographs including how to film a presenter led video for social media.
- Meeting and registering new applicants
- Maintain regular contact with Clients and applicants
- Arrange, organise and conduct viewings
- Negotiating Offers after training between Sellers, Landlords, Prospective Buyers, and Tenants
- Have an in-depth understanding of the local marketplace
- Handling incoming calls to company standards
- Learning Residential Sales
- Learning the creation of Property Videos and Photography
- Undertaking pre-booked accompanied property viewings with potential buyers and tenants, Including Client liaison
- Full training given including Legislation & Compliance

**Person Specification
- Estate Agent Negotiator/Valuer**:

- Has an understanding nature whilst working well under pressure
- PC literate, possessing social media skills with an eye for creativity.
- Able to work under their own initiative as well as part of a team
- Has a positive ‘can do attitude’ and a warm and friendly ‘nothing is too much trouble’ personality
- Eagerness to learn new skills and succeed
- Previous estate agency experience 1-2 years
- Great customer service skills
- Must have driving licence and own car which is taxed, MOT’d and insured for business use
