Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Neurological Physiotherapist to join their team in Oxfordshire. They provide specialist post-acute rehabilitation, as well as management of long term neurological conditions for up to 11 adults over theage of 18. They offer a range of accommodation, with ten bedrooms and one studio apartment to allow for more independent living. Their aim is to develop person-centred, evidence based rehabilitation care plans to maximise independence and recovery. The siteis part of our clients' wider Neuro Network (consisting of 25+ sites) nationally and they focus on the use of clinical expertise, innovation and technology to meet patient's expectations of rehabilitation goals and theywere most recently rated as OUTSTANDINGby the Care Quality Commission.
The interdisciplinary team includes Neuropsychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. Support is also provided by experienced rehabilitation and therapy assistants.
The team work together to develop person-centred, evidence based rehabilitation care plans that aim to maximise the individual's independence and recovery.
It is wheelchair accessible throughout. There is a training kitchen, therapy room and garden with large patio area.

Our client is flexible, so you'll work a total of 22.5 hours per week???????????????????????????.
You will be required too
- Ensure the provision of a high-quality physiotherapy service and its place within the multidisciplinary team
- Complete physiotherapy assessments and management of service users maintaining high standards of clinical care
- ???????Take a lead role in the development of physiotherapy department policies, guidelines and service developments
- Use highly developed physical skills to support patients who have a neurological impairment to maximise independence
- ???????Liaise with family, carers and significant others where appropriate to ensure patient's needs are met to a high standard
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, visitors, carers, members of the multi-disciplinary care team and senior professional and managerial staff
What you'll have:
???????You will be an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist with:
- At least 5 years post qualifying experience 3 years of which will be related to neurorehabilitation or complex disability management for adults or children.
an enthusiastic and forward-thinking attitude and a keen interest in evidence-based neurorehabilitation
- The desire to develop an area of clinical interest, consolidating your skills in a specific therapeutic area including technology assisted rehabilitation
- Clear and transparent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team and take responsibility for junior team members, assistants and students
- A flexible, positive attitude, with the ability to take responsibility for autonomous decision making that places the client at the heart of everything you do.
