Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: London, Hybrid

Package Details: £40,000

Lavandi Talent are currently working with an award-winning beauty and cosmetics brand renowned for their products with affiliations to some of the biggest celebrities their global presence is unmatched.

Role and responsibilities:

- Strategic planning, Content creation, Funnel marketing management
- Must be confident in getting stuck in, taking control and able to create your own content
- Plan and execute all social media including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest and all new relevant channels and build and maintain
- Managing budgets for engagement-lead social campaigns
- Building, cultivating, and understanding the brand’s social community, through interacting with customers, fans of the brand and developing a relationship with micro-influencers.
- Manage any social digital agencies to drive strong relationships to ensure optimum results, with support from the Marketing Manager

Ideal experience
- 4+ Years experience working within social media
- Must have experience of content creation
- Ideally worked within the beauty/cosmetics industry
- Good understanding of upcoming UK beauty and grooming brands and their overall go to market activities
