Office based: Full Time, Permanent
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9.30am to 6pm plus weekend rota

**Salary**: £21,000 - £26,000 DOE

Customer Service Sales Advisor

You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

A great opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Sales Advisor to join a fun and friendly team. You will be working for a leading, successful removals company who are proud of their excellent customer service. You will be trained with the knowledgerequired to advise and care for your clients.

**Required Skills**:

- An excellent telephone manner, friendly and professional
- Great time management
- Listening skills
- Motivated and have the ability to work as part of a team and individually under management
- Computer literate

**Responsibilities**:

- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
- Booking in removal jobs, arranging storage inspections/collection/deliveries
- Collect and report customer feedback to ensure best practice is recognised and maintained
- Provide quotations
- Keep up to date with products, services and policies
