**Multi Trade Plumber/Carpenter**

Our growing refurbishment team seek skilled, experienced Multi Trade Professionals to join our established projects team, who typically cover the Exeter, East Devon & Plymouth areas. We welcome Multi Trade Operatives who have a genuine desire to deliver good workmanship and just as importantly, to operate with drive, honesty, and integrity.

**The Multi Trader role**:

- Completion of planned refurbishment programmes
- You will be responsible for completing reactive maintenance works as well as planned maintenance projects, part of this may be on wet rooms/ bathrooms/ kitchen refurbishments and installations
- To work in a courteous, professional, and safe manner always, with excellent customer service skills
- Supporting Apprentices with their training, on occasion

**What will you bring as a Multi Trade Professional?**
- Qualified to NVQ 2/3 level in Carpentry or Plumbing, or similar professional body or time served may be sufficient
- Experience in refurbishment works, and Kitchen refurbishments, desirable
- Experience in all trades desirable, in particular, painting, tiling, & joinery
- A good knowledge and understanding of how to complete your work and behave professionally always considering the health and safety of yourself and others
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence and flexibility to travel across Devon. A company van may be provided for work use.
