We have separated case and personal supervision as we believe that our Social Workers should be given dedicated time to focus on their own development, as well as their caseloads. We offer ourSocial Workers a variety of training packages that include Practice Educator programmes, Achieving Best Evidence programmes and PAMs.
Our range of benefits, designed specifically for social workers, include a competitive salary between £34,408 - £37,108, retention scheme with increasing bonus’ over 3 three years, relocation package of up to £8,000, generous annual leave entitlement (28days plus Bank Holidays), local government pension scheme and agile working. Flexible working opportunities available, including 9 day fortnights.

- Assessment Teams based in Wisbech, Huntingdon, South Cambridgeshire and Cambridge City
- Family Safeguarding Teams based in Ely, March, Huntingdon, South Cambridgeshire and Cambridge City
- Fostering Recruitment and Assessment Team based in Huntingdon
- Children in Care Teams based in Wisbech, Ely and Huntingdon
- Leaving Care Team based in Huntingdon
