**Engineering BuyerPosition Overview**
- Responsible for the purchasing of metal fabrication services, raw materials, electrical and hydraulic products including motors, gearboxes and pumps.
- Engage suppliers with RFQ's at New Product Introduction stage
- Constantly checking stock level to ensure inventory at minimum as possible
- Resolve urgent components shortage issues
- Negotiate with suppliers and achieve cost reduction target
- Consolidate supply base and lead resource project
- Mitigate cost increase risks

**Engineering BuyerPosition Requirements**
- Proven background as an Engineering Buyer
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good interpersonal skills for working with various departments as well as supplier's representatives
- Based within a commutable distance of Brierley Hill

**Engineering BuyerPosition Remuneration**
- £30,000 - £40,000 Depending upon experience
- 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday
- 28 Days Holiday, including Bank Holidays
- Pension
