Established in 2004, our client is a privately owned property management company currently employing over 60 people to deliver its services. They provide specialist property management advice to over 19,000 properties across the South of England and theWest Midlands and their fresh, practical and hands on approach to property management has proved to be very successful at building long term relationships with both property developers and Residents.

Due to continued success, they are now looking for an **Administrator** to support their busy Accounts team.

**About the Role**

This is an office-based role in which you will be responsible for:

- Monitoring the accounts team mailbox and responding to leaseholder queries
- Answering leaseholder queries and taking card payments over the phone
- Liaising with the legal team when a property is sold and transferring the details on the system to the new owner
- Issuing documents to leaseholders in accordance with regulations and assisting the client account managers to issue invoices, accounts and other documents to owners
- Setting up new developments on the system
- Collating all relevant development information for handover of developments
- Supporting the client account managers in daily ad-hoc tasks
- Administering standing order payments
- Managing a small portfolio of developments

**About You**:

- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Good customer service skills to deal with queries efficiently and professionally.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Please note that due to the office location, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own transport.
