Founded 13 years ago, this Company based close to J36 of the M1 is now looking to hire a Client Experience Representative (we called the advert title Customer Service Advisor as we see the two as very similar).

As their newest recruit in this team, a typical week would involve working closely with the other internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processing of their products and you would be:

- Attending client meetings (both in person and Zoom)
- Receiving, processing and entering orders accurately, keeping all databases up to date
- Providing client support and troubleshooting assistance
- Resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner, monitoring customer feedback and satisfaction levels

On an adhoc basis, you’ll be able to attending the occasional tradeshow too

Full training will be provided, but an interest in Photoshop, photography and / or graphic design would be beneficial.
