**Interim Financial Controller (must be ACCA/ACA/ICAEW/CIMA qualified)**

Our client is a well-known global recruitment company who are looking for an Interim Financial Controller to join their dynamic London-based team. They consult across various sectors globally using start of the art technology to assist their clients hiretop talent. They are a leader in their industry and provide excellent training for all of their employees, from their consultants to their finance department.
You would be reporting directly into the Group Financial Controller, and managing a small team of four.
**Your daily round will include**:
Budgeting and monthly forecasting
Managing the management accountants to produce a tight month-end close
Managing internal control processes and ensuring compliance policies are followed
Engage with external auditors to ensure smooth audit process
Report to the Group FC when requested and provide insight on variance analysis
Partner with internal and external stakeholders where required to enhance efficiency and improve profitability
**Your core skillset includes**:
**Qualified ACA/ACCA/ICAS or CIMA**
Experience as a professional contractor/interim
Experience with budget and forecasting process
Experience with managing direct reports
Good technical ability (IFRS 15 exposure is an advantage)
