Service Coordinator Uk After Sales Service Direct

Essential responsibilities:
Implements best practices for service project coordination including, but not limited to, schedule management, customer (internal and external) liaison, quotations, order entry.
- Assisting with the effective scheduling of Service labour and resources to meet customer requirements.
- Assisting with preparation of Health & Safety Risk Assessments and procedural reviews to ensure and maintain best practices
- Provide first line support for both internal and external customers.
- Under the guidance of service supervisors creates purchase order requisitions and monitors buyouts material. Follows up with purchasing to assist in tracking major buyout material and shortages.
- Assists Service Supervisors retrieving proper supporting documentation for invoicing purposes.
- Assists in developing, preparing, analysing the budget.
- Coordinates the preparation of external and internal reports through collecting, analysing and summarizing information from departments.
- Assists in producing, maintaining and monitoring project schedules.
- Assists in compiling project costs and schedule status reports.
- Assists management in tracking and monitoring KPIs.
- Assists with record keeping and project document maintenance.
- Plans and coordinates project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
- Assists with coordination, documentation development, monitoring of project logistics, liaison and project updates between internal and external customers and shipments.
Qualifications:
Certified management qualification (e.g. ILM, NEBSM), or be willing to undertake vocational qualification in team leader/management/ leadership skills.
- Administration or Engineering is preferred.
- Requires strong communication skills to effectively interface and coordinate activities with company executives, department leaders, colleagues and customers.
- Knowledge of project planning, fiscal planning, and contract management preferred.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office.
- Educated to a minimum of ONC in Electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with Adobe Pro, Primavera, Microsoft Projects, and Oracle Preferred.
