As a Care Worker, you will be expected to work in the community to assist service user(s) with washing/bathing, dressing/undressing, support getting in and out of bed, help with meal preparation, social support, shopping, befriending, respite and housework as required. These domestic and personal care tasks will be undertaken in the client(s) home(s). Work will primarily be in East Kilbride and the surrounding area. Due to the nature of the shifts this position would ideally suit someone who is local to East Kilbride and the surrounding areas. Car owner/driver an advantage.

Previous experience of caring for others in a personal, professional or voluntary capacity is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Successful applicants will be required to undergo a PVG Disclosure Police check.
