**Job Purpose**:
To manage, plan and enhance social media accounts for London Marketing Company to increase brand awareness, sales and delivery of the clients and LMC’s social media profiles.

**Location**: London and/or Bristol (hybrid - flexibility for in-offices or remote working)

**Requirements**:

- Social media marketing - Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter: (required)
- Adobe Suite - Premiere Pro Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign: (required)
- High level of expertise with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint: (required)
- Experience in the business environment or a remarkably high work ethic and self-motivation in the business world
- Ability to pro-actively generate new ideas
- Ability to analyse data and identify the most valuable insights
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and complete tasks to deadlines
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and time management
- A keen interest in the social media industry

**What can you expect?**
- Your role will lead brainstorms and develop comprehensive proposals and strategies for our clients.
- Contribute to a variety of client-facing social media audits, reports, and strategy documents
- Generate tactical and strategic recommendations for our client's social accounts
- Research industry trends and points of view on best practices by platform. This includes detailed reporting.
- Analyse performance data from social media networks and pull out the most valuable ideas, insights, and stories
- Develop and maintain best practice documentation for all social platforms
- Assist internal teams with implementing new social media features and strategies for clients
- Become an expert on each of our client's unique needs and priorities
- Create visually appealing and consistently designed social posts for clients and internal promotions
- Create, lead and manage direct outbound B2B campaigns
- Work with management to improve the overall quality of strategy documentation and provide more value to our clients
- Outreaching and managing influencers/content creators
- Posting on social media for clients (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and TikTok)
- Management and maintenance of the allocation of the advertising budget for social campaigns
