Having played a major part in the UK Telecoms industry for over 20 years, our client is a dynamic infrastructure delivery and management consultancy who service some of the biggest names in the UK Telecoms industry.

They are looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for the successful end to end planning and execution of a wireless telecoms project, ensuring that all project resources are coordinated and deployed effectively to deliver as per the contractual scope
- meeting all internal and client KPIs resulting in completion of project milestones on time and within budget.

Role Requirements
- Delivery of the project scope, working within time, cost, quality & contractual constraints
- Close liaison with client representatives to ensure timely completion of project milestones; liaising with external resources where necessary and as/when problems arise
- Management of all subcontractors & suppliers (i.e., contract negotiations, contract administration, financial tracking & performance) to ensure services are provided within scope, to agreed quality standards
- In conjunction with the Project Director & Finance department, closely monitor & analyse the financial performance of the project ensuring that forecasts are met, costs constrained & profitability targets reached
- Lead & manage project resources in different geographical locations
- Liaison with, and matrix management of, internal and external bodies, to ensure timely delivery of sites ready for build
- Ensure project & company processes & procedures are documented & adhered to
- Evaluation of project progress, providing reporting/data analysis, as required, to clients & key stakeholders
- Provide expertise as required on projects throughout the business
- Attendance at & participation in client meetings
- Processing of new instructions & managing ad-hoc instructions from the client as they arise, ensuring that any variations are captured
- Maintenance & auditing of internal and external databases
- Assume key role in driving HSE policies, procedures & practices across the project
- Identify & pursue where possible, new business opportunities with both existing & new clients
- Ensure understanding of business objectives and deliver results that contribute to the profitability of the company
- Proven experience working at Project Manager level within the Wireless Telecoms industry
- Degree qualified in project management, engineering, building services, property economics or other related discipline
- Formal Project Management qualifications or progress towards acquiring qualification highly desirable
- Good people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, manage & coach individuals
- Ability to handle heavy workload & competing priorities
- Flexible & professional approach to work
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written
- Solid understanding of project management processes and best practice
- Strong analytical skills and strong investigative skills, ability to procure information & report findings
- Strong commercial & financial acumen
- Display strong business acumen & the ability to understand the Company’s strategic direction
- Knowledge of the principles of H&S, quality & environmental legislation & best practice
- Effective negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
- Sound IT skills including advanced skills in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

**Salary**: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
