CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
LOCATION: LONDON (HYBRID WORKING OFFERED)
A global digital marketplace is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and entrepreneurial business, who are not only passionate about what they do, but also the progression andgrowth of their employees.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Liaising with other departments when necessary to resolve any customer issues or provide feedback
*Escalating customer complaints to the Customer Service Manager
*Ensure all customer complaints and enquiries, plus any system or product issues are recorded in Zendesk
*Performing pre-sale audio and video checks with auctioneers, monitoring a number of auctions in real time
*Support with updating Zendesk with all relevant documents - such as procedural and user guides - to ensure consistency across the team
*Liaising with the IT engineers in regards to system issues
*Attend training meetings
*Attending live auctions to operate software when needed
As an existing customer service representative, you will have:
*Previous experience in customer service - ideally on a helpdesk for an ecommerce business
*Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
*Good organisation and time management skills
*Experience using helpdesk software - Zendesk desirable
*Willingness to attend auctions throughout the UK (where deemed reasonable)
Please note:
*This role offers hybrid working
*This is shift work, working 5 days a week including evenings and weekends
