  • Braehead Specsavers is based in the retail district by the River Clyde

Main Duties to include:

  • Manage overall team performance to achieve financial targets considering the retail calendar year.
  • Drive store key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage Health and Safety effectively and ensure store compliance.
  • Ensure personal development of yourself and your team aligns with business objectives.
  • Mentor and coach others in all aspects of daily store operations, make referrals to managers, and develop the team.
  • Deliver complex dispensing and advanced problem-solving.
