Are you an experienced Store Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced retail environment? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a successful outdoor retailer at their store in Cotswold Designer Outlet. If you are a driven leader with strong retail management experience and a focus on customer service, team development, and commercial success, this role could be your next career move.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the full running of the store - leading your team, delivering sales leadership, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities of the Store Manager:

About You:
