Specialist Oracle Client Sales Consultant at Oracle Contractors

Our client, a specialist Oracle Implementation Partner, is seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Applications DBA / System Administrator to provide end-to-end support across a variety of Oracle ERP and SCM projects. This role offers a great opportunity to work within a dynamic team, supporting clients' Oracle environments and ensuring stability, performance, and security.

Key Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years' experience as an Oracle Applications DBA
  2. Skilled in installation, configuration, and upgrades of Oracle Applications R12 / 12.2 and Oracle DB versions from 11i to 19c
  3. Strong knowledge of Oracle Applications concurrent managers, AD utilities, and Oracle SQL/PLSQL
  4. Experience with Oracle Data Guard, RMAN backups, and recovery processes
  5. Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Role Responsibilities
  1. Maintain Oracle E-Business Suite and database security with best practices and timely patches
  2. Configure and manage live and standby environments using Oracle Data Guard
  3. Perform backup and recovery operations (hot, cold, RMAN, and application server)
  4. Analyse and apply EBS patches, including annual legislation and security updates
  5. Support integration of EBS with systems like OBIEE and other bespoke solutions
