About youWe're seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to drive the technical success of our enterprise customers and shape the future of how real estate professionals work. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge genAI technology and enterprise customers' complex document processing needs.
You've got real-world experience putting SaaS to work in businesses, and you love digging into how our customers operate to find where we can make a difference. Details don't slip past you, and you're comfortable wading through lengthy documents to get the full picture. As someone who picks up new skills quickly, you're energized by the fast-paced world of startups. Your entrepreneurial spirit shines through in everything you do, and you have a knack for working directly with customers.
More on the roleReporting to our CPO and Founder Johnny Morris, you'll own the technical relationship with our customers from proof-of-concept through implementation and scaling. You'll work closely with our sales team to architect solutions, collaborate with our engineering team to enhance our platform and partner directly with customers to ensure their success.
Day to day, you will…
- Drive technical discovery and solution design for enterprise customers, translating complex requirements into elegant genAI solutions
- Lead proof-of-concept implementations that showcase the full potential of our platform
- Architect and implement custom solutions using our genAI platform, including:
- Large-scale data extraction from property leases and legal documents
- Automated workflow solutions for planning and development analysis
- Multi-step content generation pipelines for market research and reporting
- Partner with sales on technical discovery, demo development, and solution scoping
- Provide hands-on implementation support and best practices guidance to customers
- Collaborate with our world-class engineering team to build the tools you and our customers need
- Build deep expertise in our customers' domains and processes, becoming their trusted technical advisor
- Experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role at early-stage and growing B2B SaaS companies
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience implementing enterprise software solutions
- Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering and LLM application development (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers to gather requirements and design solutions
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail, particularly with document-intensive workflows
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of managing multiple complex customer implementations simultaneously
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Be ambitious and resilient - we are a seed company seeking to revolutionise document-heavy industries, and this is a high-challenge (and high-support) startup environment.
Nice to have: experience in real estate, law, construction or finance, or other document-heavy professional industries is a plus
