Our CTO and Founder Ash Warne started the business in 2017 after leading the simulator programmes at McLaren and Ferrari F1 teams. We have since grown to a team of over 100 employees, delivering turnkey driving simulators to customers including Ferrari F1 Team as well as a number of other marquee brands.

About the team

We are a team of engineers experienced both in the design and manufacture of driving simulators, as well as their use in vehicle development. We develop, deliver and support outstanding, ground-breaking simulators and motion generators that support the engineering that leads to winning performance on the track.

The role

As a Quality Engineer at Dynisma, you will support our efforts to maintain and enhance the quality of our driving simulators and motion generators. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to ensure that all quality standards meet or exceed the requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve quality issues using Dynisma's non-conformance procedures.
  • Perform in-house inspections of materials and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Create inspection templates and procedures for parts.
  • Review and assess inspection and technical documentation from suppliers.
  • Manage supplier quality through site visits and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct continuous improvement activities to enhance manufacturing and inspection processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and build teams to integrate quality control measures into production.
  • Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or a related field.
  • 2-5 years experience in Engineering, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or high-tech industries.
  • Proven track record of managing supplier relationships.
  • Strong experience with continuous improvement processes and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards such as UL508A / CE marking / TUV preferable.
  • Full UK Driving License.
