Key Responsibilities for the Senior Contracts Manager:

  1. Oversee a portfolio of live projects across public sector frameworks
  2. Lead a multidisciplinary team including Quantity Surveyors, a Compliance Manager, and another Contracts Manager
  3. Ensure project delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
  4. Build long-term relationships with clients and internal teams
  5. Support the strategic direction of the Frameworks Division, preparing for a move into full Operations Manager duties
