About The Role
We are hiring a Real-Time Analyst to oversee nurses and patient visits in real time, ensuring all visits are managed in the most cost-effective way while meeting SLAs and service standards. The role involves managing and optimising workforce data, resources, and nursing assignments to ensure compliance with real-time planning and agreed service levels. About You
- Experience of real time planning in a field based role
- Knowledge of scheduling principles, tools, and software
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and organisational policies related to staffing and scheduling in healthcare settings
- Communication skills and relationship management
- Crisis management and problem-solving
- Proficient in using scheduling software and other digital tools to manage real-time planning efficiently
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances
- Attention to detail
- Ability to gauge distances and time as impacts of logistical decisions
