The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence in project delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Implement continuous improvements to ensure the business remains agile and competitive.
Commercial Growth:
- Drive profitability and revenue growth through targeted business development and client acquisition strategies.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Leadership & Culture:
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of experts, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and results.
- Champion professional development, ensuring the team is motivated to excel and innovate.
Market Positioning:
- Represent the business externally, enhancing its profile and influence within the industry.
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics, identifying areas for differentiation and competitive advantage.
Candidate Profile:
- A proven track record in a senior leadership role, such as Managing Director, Executive Business Leader or equivalent, ideally within the multi discipline consultancy or professional services sector.
- Demonstrable experience leading multidisciplinary teams across Facades, engineering, sustainability, advisory, and project management functions.
- A strong commercial mindset with a history of driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and delivering business transformation.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, with the ability to build, inspire, and empower high-performing teams.
- Outstanding client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
