We are now recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator

As our Sales Support Administrator you will assume responsibility for:

  1. Support the BLD with reporting and presentations
  2. Cross department collaboration to support DSMS
  3. Logging Visit reports for all the DSM field team (Light (5), Medium and Heavy (4))
  4. Support the Public Sector channel with tender submissions, monitoring, reporting and invoicing.
  5. Supporting the Preowned sellout activity.
  6. Administration of Government Grant Schemes
  7. Support organisation of monthly team meetings
  8. Support sales team at events and marketing initiatives
  9. To quickly gain a knowledge of all IVECO systems in particular SAP, EPL, STS, Concur, (New CRM)
  10. Support BLD as the role evolves embracing changes and new tasks.
Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications
  1. Sales Experience a Bonus
  2. Ability to demonstrate experience of working within a Customer Service environment
  3. Ability to provide excellent customer service both over the telephone or face to face
  4. PC literate and experience in using various computer-based systems
  5. Great attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data
  6. An excellent working knowledge of Excel
  7. An excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint/Presentations
  8. Able to organise and prioritise, working to tight time schedules
  9. Reliable with good time keeping skills.
