Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Support: You'll be the go-to person for customer inquiries, offering accurate information and helping with any questions or concerns.
  2. Order Processing: Assisting customers with placing orders and ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  3. Issue Resolution: Handling customer complaints and sorting out any issues in a timely, professional manner. You'll also know when to escalate more complex problems to the right department.
  4. Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback to help improve our products and services, and sharing those insights with the team.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Building positive relationships with customers, ensuring they're happy with the service and addressing any ongoing concerns.
  6. Admin Support: Managing data entry, filing, and keeping customer records accurate and up-to-date.
  7. Team Collaboration: Working closely with other team members to deliver a seamless customer experience and sharing best practices.
