Responsibilities

While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include:

  • Creating and applying quantitative rules to assess and validate financial datasets across various asset classes.
  • Analyze large-scale market data to detect anomalies, inconsistencies, and outliers.
  • Partner with engineering teams to enhance data quality monitoring within our MDaaS platform.
  • Assist clients in comprehending data integrity issues and develop customized solutions for their unique needs.
  • Investigate data-driven techniques to enhance the processing of financial market data.
Qualifications
  • Strong educational background – Degree (Masters would be an advantage).
  • Over 3 years of experience in quantitative roles at financial institutions, trading firms, or fintech companies.
  • Extensive knowledge of various asset classes.
  • Practical experience with market data feeds and their analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, capable of detecting patterns, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies in market data.
  • Proven ability to thrive in dynamic startup environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of seniority.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
