  • Manage complex projects from start to finish conducting feasibility studies, developing specifications and point schedules, tender management, cost and bid analysis, and progress reporting.
  • Conduct system surveys, assessments, and FAT/SAT testing, providing clear reports, recommendations, and training for clients to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Drive business development, mentor and grow the EPMS/PMS team, manage knowledge sharing, and contribute to innovation in smart building technologies.
  • Promote Safety, Health & Environmental (SH&E) best practices, solving technical challenges while ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of safety.
  • Support the integration of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, applying expertise in open communication standards and advanced EPM/PMS technologies.
  • Occasionally travel nationally to project sites and AECOM offices, while balancing office-based work with flexible remote working arrangements.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in data centre design or exposure to this sector and the basic design principles of electrical services in data centre or industrial facilities.
