The Role

The team advises on a range of finance matters such as complex funding and finance-related projects including bonds, private placements, revolving credit facilities, and joint ventures. The nature and complexity of the transactions being such that you will also often work with expert colleagues across the firm to ensure the project is delivered seamlessly for the client.

The role will allow you to operate with clients between Birmingham and Manchester as well as exciting international exposure. This structure fosters collaboration and enables team members to engage with various markets and clients, offering a comprehensive professional experience.

In Birmingham, the team is particularly involved in growth finance and venture debt practices, catering to venture debt providers and early-stage companies, particularly in the technology sector. The Ideal Candidate

  • Has 3-4 years of experience working in Banking and Finance
  • Is able to support and develop junior members of the team
  • Can show initiative to develop their, along with the team's market profile and client relationships.
  • First-rate interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Can manage a varied caseload with a range of clients
