Role Overview

As a Senior Electronics Lead Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge electronic systems that will power the future. What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electronics Engineer who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and solving complex problems. You should thrive in a collaborative environment and be excited about making a tangible impact on the energy sector.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  1. Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in digital and electronic circuit design, with expertise in measurement design and microprocessor selection.
  3. In-depth experience in electronic circuit design, including layouts for systems ranging from 1kV to 5V power and signal.
  4. Strong working knowledge of common network protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, etc.
  5. Proven expertise in EMC design and experience with UL certification processes.
  6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a high level of computer literacy.
  7. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  8. A decisive and strategic mindset, with strong planning and preparation abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  1. Experience in analog circuit design and switch-mode power supplies.
  2. Familiarity with basic CAD principles and related software.
