Description: Frasers Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to be based at their Shirebrook HQ. The successful candidate will review, negotiate, draft, and advise on a broad spectrum of supplier and business partnership contracts across commercial, supply chain, e-commerce, and technology sectors. Responsibilities include managing commercial disputes, providing guidance on marketing and promotional compliance, supporting M&A work, and liaising with regulatory bodies such as the ICO and ASA.
Eligibility: Applicants must be qualified lawyers with substantial experience in commercial contract negotiation and the ability to provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
