Permanent | 8am Starts | 4-6 Drops Per Day | Brand New Fleet
The company
T3AM Global is recruiting on behalf of an established, family-owned national wholesale and distribution business.
As part of its continued growth, the company has recently invested in a brand-new fleet of five HGV trucks and is looking to recruit reliable, professional HGV Class 2 Drivers to join its expanding transport operation.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position with a well-established business offering modern vehicles, manageable delivery routes and a supportive working environment.
The role
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering wholesale goods to customers, completing approximately 4-6 drops per day.
You will operate a modern Class 2 vehicle with a box body and tail lift, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and professionally.
With regular 8am starts, this is an ideal opportunity for drivers looking for a stable, permanent daytime driving position.
You will take responsibility for:
- Completing approximately 4-6 customer deliveries per day
- Driving a modern HGV Class 2 vehicle with a box body and tail lift
- Safely loading, unloading and delivering goods
- Completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining accurate delivery records
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
- Ensuring compliance with road safety, drivers' hours and transport regulations
What you need
Essential:
- Valid UK Category C (Class 2) driving licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience
- Good understanding of road safety and transport regulations
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable with multi-drop deliveries and tail-lift operations
Desirable:
- Previous wholesale or distribution delivery experience
- Experience driving box-body vehicles with tail lifts
- Good geographical knowledge of delivery routes
