As the Registered Manager, you'll have the opportunity to steer our cutting-edge children's home, moulding it to your vision and assembling a team that aligns with your management style. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the residential home in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to uphold the highest standards of care for the children.
- Play a pivotal role in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
- Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance team skills.
