We're now looking for a talented, passionate designer to join our Bermuda office, where you'll play a key role in turning vision into reality across a range of exciting projects.

Interior Designer Requirements:

CIDA / FIDER accredited Degree, NCIDQ preferred, Member of one of BIDA, ARIDO, ASID, IIDA minimum 3 years post registration experience.

As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for managing interior design projects across various scales, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met. You'll also work closely with the team to coordinate the regulatory aspects of your designs, ensuring compliance with local planning and building codes. You'll collaborate with other professionals to create spaces that are both beautiful and functional, while also developing marketing leads and strategies to grow OBMI's presence locally.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing interior design projects from initial concept through to construction and occupancy with a strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, MS Office, and the ability to create compelling visual presentations. There is a need to be proficient in Planning and Building codes, accessible design standards, and adept at navigating regulatory requirements with a proactive approach to business development, helping to grow our existing book of business through lead generation and client engagement with excellent communication and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently when needed.
