If you are passionate about building the future of shopping and you enjoy the challenge of building net new experiences from the ground up, this confidential but highly strategic project could be the program for you. We are building a new shopping experience in the Amazon Shopping app that provides customers a place to discover even more affordable Fashion, Home, Lifestyle, Electronics, and other products at ultra-low prices. This exciting, product discovery-driven CX is full of products across categories at low prices, with fulfillment in one to two weeks. The store's intuitive browse-based UX and thumb-stopping discounts encourage exploration, basket building, and repeat purchases. It is still early days and the perfect time to join a fast-moving team at the ground level.

We are looking for a Creative Content Manager to design and localise content across EU marketplaces for this new experience. Working at the intersection of design and localization, this role ensures successful execution of on-brand and engaging visual assets while maintaining quality-focused delivery in a fast-paced environment. Partners with marketing, tech, and business teams to optimize content creation while maintaining brand standards and cultural relevance across EU marketplaces.

Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Create and design visual assets including motion graphics where relevant
  2. Own end-to-end localization process for copy and creative assets
  3. Implement global style guides and adapt for EU markets
  4. Understand and respond to performance data (metric tests, usability studies), and steer the direction of future creative designs.
  5. Understand usability principles that help drive successful design.
  6. Work cross-team, lead the design process, and synthesize feedback and input from stakeholders.
  7. Understand Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for efficient use.
  8. Utilising genAI tools for automation and optimisation in creative process.

The position can be based in any of the following EU locations: London, Luxembourg, Munich, Berlin, Milan, Madrid, Paris.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Relevant level of design experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as visual communications or graphic design.
  • An online portfolio that demonstrates excellence in craft as the level desired for the application.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suit applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOS.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective cross-team collaborator with the ability to work across multiple creative projects.
  • Understanding of the web production process; familiarity with post-production retouching.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience creating a design guide or design template.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and branded content (editorial or sponsorships).
  • Previous work experience in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated experience of having high adaptability
  • Ability to drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritizing tasks.
