Their expertise spans renewable energy, energy storage, hydrogen, carbon capture, and sustainable infrastructure.

Role Overview

As an Investment Banking Associate in the Energy Transition team, you will play a key role in executing M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates. You will work closely with senior bankers, clients, and investors to deliver best-in-class solutions in one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial analysis, valuation, and modeling for M&A and capital markets transactions.
  • Conduct industry research and market analysis to support deal origination and execution.
  • Prepare client presentations, investment memorandums, and transaction materials.
  • Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, financial, and technical advisors.
  • Mentor and oversee analysts while supporting senior bankers in client interactions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5+ years of experience in investment banking (Energy, Infrastructure, or ESG-driven sectors preferred)
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Track record of executing M&A or capital markets transactions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
