  4. Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of partner organisations to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.
  5. Training & Development: Provide presentations, briefings, and training sessions to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of the services available.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a confident and strategic professional with a strong background in stakeholder management, partnership development, and justice sector services.

  1. Experience in multi-agency collaboration, ideally within the justice, social care, or third sector.
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to a range of audiences.
  3. Strong organisational and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple partnerships and reporting on impact.
  4. Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders to enhance service provision.
  5. Experience in mentoring, training, or managing students would be a strong advantage.
  6. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  7. A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring services are accessible and effective for all individuals.

How to Apply

This is an urgent requirement, and we are seeking a candidate who can start as soon as possible. If you have the skills and experience to make a real impact in this role, please submit your CV at the earliest opportunity.
