My client, a top 200 firm, is looking to add an experienced Private Client solicitor to their team in Birmingham to take on an existing caseload of matters consisting largely of wills, LPA, trust, and tax advice for high-value individuals.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a varied caseload including:

  1. Bespoke Will Drafting
  2. Wealth management
  3. Inheritance and Capital Gains Tax planning
  4. Probate and Estate Administration
  5. Trust structuring, restructuring, and administration
  6. PoA and Wills & Probate work

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience. Highly competitive benefits package including hybrid/flexible working options on offer.
