The ideal candidate will have experience of the home buying process, excel within a busy administrative role, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in progressing property sales from offer to successful completion, communicating with all key stakeholders along the way. What to expect as a Sales Progressor at Darlows Estate Agents in Rumney

1. Register client details
2. Chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process:
   1. Mortgage advisers or lenders
   2. Solicitors
   3. Your buyer
   4. The vendor (client selling the house)
   5. Surveyors
   6. Any other key parts to the process
3. Gather required documents to complete the sale:
   1. Identification
   2. Mortgage agreement
   3. Required insurance policies
4. Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion

What you need to bring to the table

1. Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, you have experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process
2. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
3. Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry
4. Passionate about haart, our values and processes
5. A hunger to earn. A drive to work hard and reap the rewards from your dedication

As a Sales Progressor, we would expect you to; be able to pick up client relationships, to manage multiple cases at one time and effectively communicate with and update your key stakeholders within the home buying process to ensure a smooth completion

What's on offer to you

Basic annual salary is between £17,500 to £22,000 (Depending on experience)

1. Move Manager Scheme - Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a % of the pipeline: 80% - £250 90% - £500 100% - £750
