As Senior Festival Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating across departments to streamline workflows, optimise resources and drive the success of event promotion campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development of a festival marketing campaign strategy
- Managing the end-to-end production of marketing assets, ensuring timely delivery across all campaign phases
- Ensuring all marketing assets are aligned with the festival's branding guidelines and objectives, maintaining consistency across platforms and channels
- Tracking marketing budgets for asset production and campaign needs under the guidance of senior team members
- Liaising between marketing, ticketing, finance and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in marketing, events, or related fields
- Previous festival marketing experience
- Strong project management skills, including timeline management, task prioritisation and stakeholder communication
- Expertise in marketing tools and content management systems
- Ability to track and analyse campaign metrics and use data to inform decisions
