To strengthen our Technology department within Kelvion, we are looking for a:

Mechanical Design Engineer (m/f/d)

We're seeking engineering talent to join our Fareham UK site to drive our Technology function and help shape the future of the heat exchanger industry. Our promise: we'll give you comprehensive training for the right start into your job and support you every step of the way in our company.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Work in development projects for our heat exchangers in close cooperation with PLM and NPI
  • Product care for existing products
  • Implement changes in PDM systems, documentation & data sheets
  • Support design-to-cost and design-to-manufacturing activities
  • Develop new features or variants within given portfolio
  • Support creation of design standards and standard operation procedures for local engineering teams

About you:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable field
  • Knowledge in 3D Modelling / 2D Drafting preferably in Autodesk Inventor
  • Experience with Autodesk Vault or other PDM systems
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to work in virtual global teams
  • Ability to engage across a global matrix organization
