Freelance FF&E Designer - High-End Hospitality

Rate: £200-£250 per day (Outside IR35)

Location: Hybrid - 3 days in office (London), 2 days remote

Contract Type: Freelance

We're working with a leading interior design studio specialising in high-end hospitality projects who are looking for a talented Freelance FF&E Designer to support their team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on premium hospitality environments alongside an award-winning team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sourcing, selecting, and specifying FF&E items for luxury hospitality projects
  2. Producing detailed FF&E documentation, mood boards, and presentations
  3. Coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed
  4. Supporting the design team with CAD drawings and 3D visuals where necessary
  5. Managing and maintaining sample libraries and procurement schedules
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in FF&E design, specifically within high-end hospitality
  2. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite
  3. Strong knowledge of suppliers, materials, finishes, and fabrication methods
  4. Exceptional eye for detail and design aesthetics
  5. Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  6. Must have access to and use own software and hardware
Working Arrangement
  1. Hybrid setup: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
  2. Must be able to attend in-person meetings as needed
