  6. Leading a dynamic team, with 6 direct reports. Proven experience in growing teams and individuals is necessary for this role.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. 10+ years of production experience, ideally in beauty, fashion, or a related industry.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to think strategically and big-picture.
  4. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Wrike) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
  5. Experience managing budgets and contracts, with a solid understanding of industry standards.
