The Client:

My client is a leading FX Brokerage that operates within the FX and payment solutions space.

After significant years of nurturing scalable operational strength, the FX client is at an exciting growth stage, injecting direct investment into the rapid expansion of headcount, territory, technology, and service offerings.

With a brand-new leadership team, they feel the time is right to bring in several sales roles to turbocharge their new ambitions. As an experienced FX Broker, you will be passionate about consultative selling and welcome the opportunity to ply your trade.

The Role:

  • Research and identify market opportunities for new customer acquisition
  • Call and email prospective clients promoting the FX products and services
  • Provide brilliant customer service, demonstrating professionalism in managing client relationships through the sales process
  • Work in conjunction with other members of staff to present a professional image in a face-to-face environment
  • Drive to achieve monthly targets by identifying, assessing, and selling prospects on the value an experienced FX Broker can bring to their business
  • Demonstrate a high standard of business and personal ethics, always adhering to high regulatory standards
  • Take an active interest in learning about new products and approaches to selling them
  • Contribute to team discussions on market events and prospect opportunities
  • Work in alignment with management to bring in new opportunities

What will you need to be successful in this Sales Development Representative role at FX Broker?

  • An unrelenting focus on the needs of the customer, both now and in the future
  • At least 2 years of FX sales experience
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A genuine interest in developing and learning more about FX, working in a collaborative team environment
  • Please note – all FX Brokers applying must be able to demonstrate a clear track record of sales achievement
