What You'll Do:

  • Manage Performance: Support our team in driving results across Paid Social & Programmatic including traditional and video.
  • Strategic Optimization: Utilize advanced techniques for campaign planning, optimization, and analysis.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead and mentor junior team members while collaborating closely with the Account Director.
  • Drive Innovation: Embrace opportunities for new and creative strategies to enhance performance.
  • Present with Confidence: Share insights and results with internal teams and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in paid social and programmatic platforms.
  • Strategic understanding of the digital ecosystem.
  • Strong team management skills, including direct line management of juniors.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for presenting with clarity and authority.
  • A commitment to identifying cross-channel efficiencies and implementing best practices.
