Senior Search Consultant - AEJ Consulting

Our client, a leading trading firm, is seeking a Trading Applications Support Analyst who is keen to move to Dubai to manage and support their trading applications, IT infrastructure, and user systems.

Please note: You must be based in London for training and onboarding purposes, prior to relocation to Dubai within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support for trading applications (CME, ICE, CQG, Cloud9, TT, Flux), ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Excel-based pricing sheets used by traders and brokers.
  • Support and manage databases (Microsoft SQL Server) for trading operations.
  • Perform risk analysis for traders based on transaction data, brokerage rates, and missing trades.
  • Manage Windows Active Directory, including user access, security policies, and Group Policy management.
  • Implement IT security best practices across user management, data access, and system policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, macros, and data analysis.
  • Experience supporting trading applications (CME, ICE, CQG, Cloud9, etc.).
  • Windows System Administration: Active Directory, Group Policies, user management.
  • SQL database experience, including querying and managing Microsoft SQL Server.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Python, C#, or Batch scripting for automation.
  • Experience working in a financial services or trading environment.
