How you can help make a better world of work
Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help bring to life a critical AI product and capability. It's a role for someone who thrives working with cutting edge of technology and is eager to make a significant impact across our full suite of products. This role offers a unique opportunity to transform the experience of the platform in a way that unlocks a greater way to execute on our companies mission.
As a Senior Product Manager, and as part of a highly skilled and truly cross-functional team, you will be instrumental in driving the roadmap of this advanced AI capability. You will have the unique opportunity of collaborating with teams across the breadth of our platform to help enable the evolving needs of our customers.
This is uniquely suited to those with an entrepreneurial spirit, combined with a platform mindset. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is driven by a desire to create exceptional customer experiences that deliver on commercial outcomes.
To excel in this role, you must possess a strong customer-centric mindset, characterized by curiosity and empathy. Your ability to manage stakeholders effectively and collaborate across teams will be crucial in driving success.
What you'll spend your time doing:
- Working with the team's People Scientist, Product Designer and the User Research practice to discover and validate the needs of our customers and users to discover and enhance product market fit.
- Working with Engineering and Data Science team members to understand and assess the technical tradeoffs in the space, so as to find the pragmatic path to the right solution at the right time.
- Owning the roadmap for the team, making prioritization decisions, and creating artefacts that communicate the 'why' behind investment decisions and the 'what' of solutions.
- Collaborating with those across the Product Group, Security, Legal, People Science and others around the business to deliver AI responsibly.
- Driving collaboration with other product teams to build toward an envisioned future state for Culture Amp's platform.
- Work closely with GTM to enable Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to successfully launch, iterate and drive adoption of the product.
- You'll be working collaboratively with a cross-functional team and be supported by strong specialist and technical expertise. Given the remit, you will also need to collaborate with other product managers, design and technical leads to align on the highest-impact opportunities.
What you'll potentially bring to the table:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in product management (or similar).
- Your experience delivering AI products will be essential for success in this role.
- Experience developing and bringing new products to market is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to align a diverse set of stakeholders on your vision and strategy.
- Research skills to systematically collect qualitative and quantitative inputs, draw on sharp analytical skills, intuition and empathy to find non-obvious patterns, and distill it all into actionable insights.
- Technically conversant with experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Data Science.
- Have a strong interest in building and delivering platform capabilities that enable and multiply the value of the work of other teams.
- You are deeply curious and passionate about people and culture. At heart, you're what we call a people geek
We believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our success. We're committed to fostering a work environment that truly cares for and develops its people, and creates lasting positive impact. In addition to providing a competitive compensation package, some of the key benefits we offer are:
- Employee Share Options Program: We empower you to be an owner in Culture Amp and share in our success.
- Programs, coaching, and budgets to help you thrive personally and professionally.
- Access to external providers for mental wellbeing and coaching support to sustain the wellbeing, safety and development of our people.
- Monthly Camper Life Allowance: An automatic allowance paid out each month with your pay - you can spend it however you like to help improve your experience and life outside work.
- Team budgets dedicated to team building activities and connection.
- Intentional quarterly wellbeing pauses: A quarterly company-wide shutdown day in each region to collectively pause, reset and focus on restoration and rest, without having to tap into individual vacation time.
- Extended year-end breaks: An extended refresh period at the end of year.
- Excellent parental leave and in work support program available from day 1 of joining Culture Amp.
- 5 Social Impact Days a year to make a positive impact on the community outside of work.
- MacBooks for you to do your best & a work from home office budget to spend on setting up your home office.
- Medical insurance coverage for you and your family (Available for US & UK only).
Additionally, we don't just focus on our internal community; we believe in creating a better world of work for all. We're committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with Employee Resource Groups and ally communities in place.
We have a strong commitment to Anti-Racism, and endeavor to lead by example. Every step we make as a business towards anti-racism is another step we can take to support our customers in making a better world (of work).
